We use Google Docs for everything, spreadsheets, word docs, power point presentations, and more. The best thing about them is that you can use them from ANYWHERE, everything is online through your Google Account. You can share, publish, and collaborate on spreadsheets. We do sales reporting, time sheets, work schedules, and a lot of other things on there. You don’t have to search for Excel files on your main computer anymore, just go to Google Docs, and everything is searchable in one place.
